Floor safety issues solved for QLD strata unit block

This Bulimba based strata management company made a decision to rectify there slippery stairs and called on the team from the Global Floor Safety Network to solve their issues.
As the work involved anti slip treating in excess of 800 stairs in about 20 different locations within the complex, it required Global Safe to assemble a team of its floor safety experts to get the job done with minimum inconvenience to the residents. Global Safe called on its interstate floor safety experts as well using its locally available representatives and successfully completed the anti slip treatment of all the stairs within the complex in about a week. This is rather remarkable as the team could only work in specific areas for a couple of hours a day to ensure that the residents can use the surface.
Black Safe Grip anti slip strips were chosen by the client and the previously slippery stairs are not only safe for a very long period of time but also are aesthetically appealing.
The strata managers were very concerned about the slipperiness of the surface and required a long term solution. This was backed up by not only a long term warranty but with regular inspections and reporting, which is offered by the Network at no additional cost to the client.
The product’s outstanding and proven sustainability, fast curing time and great appearance were the reasons for the selection. The Industry Unique, Floor Safety Maintanence Program (FSMP) is also offered to the strata, which will ensure that the floor surface will remain safe for all residents and visitors, now and in the future.
