| Artoleum Mineral at Leasplan Project | Forbo's stunning new eco-friendly Artoleum flooring collection, and its three ranges entitled Graphic, Prisma and Mineral, will be unveiled at the company's DesignEX stand (J02) in Melbourne this year.
Artoleum is the natural flooring choice for the environmentally-conscious specifier with green star credits top of mind! Made from harvestable raw materials, and with a closed life cycle, it carries the Good Environmental Choice Label and has won numerous international eco-awards.
Neither marbled nor plain, Artoleum is unique in flooring offerings with its own identity within the total flooring market.
Artoleum Prisma consists of two designs – one subtle and one bold. The subtle design (available in six colourways) features one predominant colour with a colour co-ordinated fine pattern through it. This creates a solid, harmonious effect that works well in any space. Complementing each of these subtle designs is a bold one offered in a choice of two, carefully colour-matched options (each of the bold options has its quiet counterpart's main colour represented in its pattern). Viewing the bold designs close-up you can clearly make out each colour; viewed from a height or distance the colours form a completely unique and vibrant ambience.
Inspired by natural scenes and vivid seasonal palettes, Artoleum Prisma is ideal for creating floors with perfectly colour-matched borders, panels and other design features.
Artoleum Mineral takes its cue from the variety and richness of natural stones. Warm neutral colours and quiet patterning ensure a harmonious, pleasant background to any space.
The Artoleum Graphic range has expanded to nine timeless black, white and grey based designs inspired by the markings of lithography, etching and block printing. These versatile and striking designs blend effortlessly with all kinds of building materials.
With proven durability, Artoleum's colours go all the way through the material and will never fade or wear off. Forbo's advanced Topshield finish protects Artoleum against scuff marks and the build-up of dirt resulting in easier maintenance and low lifecycle costs.
Artoleum is also biodegradable, ensuring this lively and unique flooring will not damage the very thing that inspired its creation – the world around us.
Designed for designers by Forbo's dedicated design team, the new Artoleum collection exudes style and quality, demonstrating a relationship with nature and an understanding and respect of the environment.
The 46 Artoleum offerings are the latest development from flooring innovators Forbo.
