Human-ecologically friendly fabrics
Mermet transparent fabrics carry the Oekotex Standard 100 European label. It guarantees that they contain no chemicals that can be harmful for health and safety of end-users.
The fibreglass yarn of the Mermet fabrics is also the key for a mould-proof fabric, which is a major asset for installation in bathrooms or any areas of high humidity and moisture.
Mermet environmentally friendly fabrics
The Mermet range of intelligent fabrics for blinds now have been assessed and listed on Ecospecifier as an environmentally friendlier choice as they can achieve significant reductions in the demand for air conditioning, reducing electricity consumption and greenhouse gas emissions.
Mermet has chosen to be listed with an "Enhanced Content Green Star". It means that Ecospecifier has also sighted the relevant evidence for the products to comply with the Green Star Technical Manual.
