All Mermet colours have colourfastness to light of 7/8 (ISO 105 B02).
Mermet chooses to produce and use a fibreglass yarn for its outstanding properties: safety, long lasting, high heat resistance, weather resistance, dimensional stability and fire retardancy (M1, B1, FR, AS).
According to the Australian Wool Testing Authority, Mermet fabrics have the highest possible score for the ignitability index, spread of flame index and heat evolved index (AS1530.3). |
