Extensive Product Range
Paroc Fire Proof Panels are highly advanced sandwich panels based on a non-combustible core material of Paroc Structural stone wool. The panels can be employed as external walling, internal walling, partitioning or ceiling solutions.
The Paroc Panel System offered by CSR includes the Fire System, Facade System, Hygiene System (non-combustible panels with Food Safe coatings), Acoustic System and the Original System.
Non-Combustible
Protection of life and property is essential in today’s world. Paroc Fire Proof Panels are based on a non-combustible core, covered by steel sheets, which give a passive fire protection throughout the building’s lifetime.
Strength
The Strength pf Paroc’s panels and high bonding strength, which exceeds 100 kN/m², results in long span lengths and lower overall building costs
Durability
The durability of a sandwich panel describes its ability to maintain its properties over its expected lifetime. For lightweight sandwich panels water and moisture are the most critical factors influencing degradation.
The Paroc structural stone wool is specially treated during production to be water repellent, non-hygroscopic and non-capillary. In addition, moisture has no effect on the stability of the core binder.
The adhesive used in the panels ensures the interaction between the surfaces and core material in all environmental conditions during the lifetime of the product

Paroc Fire Proof Panels are manufactured according to Advanced Structural Technology (AST). AST represents a rigorous quality standard in structural composite panels and sets a profile for the reliable selection and control of basic raw materials, manufacturing processes and the final product.
Design Flexibility
Design a smooth, clean surface with precision cut panels, finished in a wide variety of colours, profiles and flashings. The panel system’s flexibility allows panels to be laid horizontally, vertically or angled to achieve your signature effect.
Approvals
CSR’s Paroc Panel Systems conform ISO 9001:2000 quality standard. This means that the full chain from raw materials, through to production and deliveries operates according to a certified quality system.
CSR’s Paroc Panel Systems are certified by The Loss Prevention Certification Board limited (LPCB) and has an FM Global class 1 rating.
Technical support and customer service
In addition to the panels and accessories, CSR Panel Systems offer a unique service package to facilitate the management of Paroc building projects from design up to installation. The package includes services ranging from experienced sales personnel, technical support during the design phase and the recommendation of approved installers.
Easy to Install
CSR’s Paroc Panels are lightweight, pre-fabricated panels that can be installed in all weather conditions. Detailed instructions, appropriate accessories and start up training and the long span lengths of the Panel Systems allow for faster, lower-cost construction of walls, partitions and ceilings.
